No, you don't need to have a Real Estate agent. We have our own professional Sales Associates available to help you through buying
your new home. It's up to you whether or not to use a different real estate agent. Again, our professional Sales Associates are more than happy to assist you.

On your first visit to Woodland Village your real estate agent must be there and sign in with you. On returning visits you don't need to bring your real estate agent with you, unless you want to. Your agent doesn't have to be there
at your lot reservation or contract appointment either, unless it is on your first visit to Woodland Village.
